Why this shape
The official MCP Registry supports remote servers through the remotes field. Spala Public MCP is publicly reachable and uses Streamable HTTP, so it can be represented without publishing source code or a public package.
Owner-only publish steps
- Confirm owner approval to create a third-party public registry entry.
- Choose domain-based MCP Registry authentication for
spala.ai. - Use DNS or HTTP verification generated by the official
mcp-publisherCLI. - Publish the reviewed
server.jsonwithmcp-publisher publish. - Verify
https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.iosearch returnsai.spala/public-mcp.
Do not publish from a personal GitHub namespace, do not add a fake repository URL, and do not publish package/source metadata for private Spala code.
